Dr Cassandra is the principal dentist at Advanced Dental Spa Thornlie and is best known for her bubbly personality, caring nature and thoughtfulness. This translates well to her patient care, particularly for many folks who are anxious about dental visits, as she continually strives to provide a calm and relaxing environment for everyone. Her love of learning has seen her enrol in multiple continuing education courses. She’s currently completing postgraduate studies in orthodontics, clear aligners, and implants.
Although she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, cosmetic dentistry is a favourite of hers, from smile makeovers to teeth straightening. Dr Cassandra takes pride in being able to give her patients a new smile that they themselves can be proud of.

Outside of dentistry, she is a bit of a foodie who likes trying out all the new restaurants in town. In her spare time, you can find her going for walks and trying out new baking recipes.

For Dr Victor Tan, dentistry is the perfect combination of art and science. He has an eye for detail and a natural creative flare, which compliments his interest in cosmetic dental treatments such as ceramic crowns and veneers. However, when teeth can’t be saved and need to be taken out, Victor is often the go-to dentist at Advanced Dental Spa for extractions. His proficiency and gentle approach towards dental extractions make light work of a visit that patients are usually most anxious about. In order to offer a wider variety of replacement options for removed teeth, Victor is also undergoing further training in dental implantology.

When you see Dr Victor, you can always expect that he will take a little extra time to listen and understand your needs in order to provide you with a personalised treatment plan. Answering patient questions and concerns are all part of a great day’s work for him. Therefore, he enjoys keeping up to date with the latest in dentistry and equipping himself with the knowledge and skills required to give patients his best.

Outside of dentistry, Victor enjoys getting lost in the worlds of sci-fi books and movies. He is also an avid Lego fan.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Michael enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in implantology to replace missing teeth.

He takes pride in helping his patients not only to achieve but also to maintain a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. He believes that patient education is of great importance and always keeps patients informed of their personalized treatment plan each step of the way. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends over good food. Michael also enjoys playing and watching basketball and is a big fan of the NBA.

Paul completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Western Australia.

All patients can feel welcome under the care of Paul as he takes the time to make them feel comfortable. The treatment options are thoroughly discussed to ensure that patients are given the best treatment plan to suit their circumstances.

Paul is interested in all aspects of dentistry, and is always building on his knowledge for the benefit of his patients.

Paul also speaks fluent Korean.

Outside of dentistry Paul tries to keep active by playing golf and indoor soccer.

Billy graduated from The University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He places the utmost importance in patient interaction and rapport building as it reduces patient anxiety and gives them confidence in the treatment provided.

Billy believes in treating people the way you would want to be treated. That means listening to patient concerns and respecting their feelings.

Billy is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, in particular preventative dentistry and prosthodontics. He aims to continually improve his knowledge and clinical skills to deliver the optimal care for his patients.

Outside of work, Billy loves to experience new things and is always up for an adventure. If you have any interesting hobbies of your own, let him know!

Dr. Faisa Azzahra

Growing up, Faisa was always artistic and creative in nature. Alongside her passion in the sciences, these interests led her to pursue a career in dentistry. She graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Doctor of Dental Medicine for which she was awarded a Distinction.

Faisa’s philosophy as a dentist is to provide personalised and holistic care. In her day-to-day practice, she prioritises in building trusting relationships by creating a comfortable and safe environment for her patients. She possesses a gentle and caring nature and her goal is to empower patients in their oral health by helping them achieve their beautiful, healthy smile. Whilst she enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she has a particular interest in restorative procedures, fixed prosthodontics and root canal treatments.

Outside of the dentistry, Faisa loves spending time with her two cats, going for walks at the park and cafe-hunting for the best matcha lattes.
